Optimax 3.0 L 100 - 150 HP, 2-stroke 3.0 L EFI 200 - 250 HP.

• Constructed of 2-ply laminated polyester
• The outer shell is tough, abrasion-resistant polyester
• Acrylic coating keeps the cover waterproof and UV-resistant
• The inside lining is a soft, non woven polyester backing that provides a cushioned barrier around the engine cowling
• A 1-inch polyweb strap in the bottom hem cinches the cover tight. Includes quick-release buckle for fast tightening and removal.

This review is from: Attwood Custom-Fit Mercury Motor Cover (Sports) I bought the 70-200HP cover. It fits my 1997 175EFI pretty well, cover just goes a little below the cowling seal. Shouldn't blow off since it fits kind of snug and the strap deal is run below my gas-line etc cables on the front, has a quick disconnect plastic buckle. Amazon (136.08) had best price of anywhere I found on internet. This review is from: Attwood Custom-Fit Mercury Motor Cover (Sports) Great fit on 2002 Merc 150 XR6 Better deal than some of the catalogue places I checked...significant savings on Amazon. You could have one made for less but I found this cover fits well, well padded and protects the $ 1K cowl from rocks on the highway. This cover has a nice fastex buckle and strap to tighten cover.
