It's very comfortable, HOWEVER, I have had multiple problems with the electric switch not working... have had to replace it a few times (3) but now the company is no longer selling replacement parts. Would be a great chair if I could fix it ... but as it is now... It's completely unusable - once the switch dies (as it has done many times), you can't move the chair position at all... i actually have to throw this chair in the trash (literally). My husband was going to try to get some parts aftermarket (basically find some other replacement electronic parts) but the Human Touch company's customer service is HORRIBLE and wouldn't let him know voltage the motor runs at... When you ask about replacement parts, they just say "Sorry ... Yes, the chair is expensive but if you have back problems there is nothing better on the market than this zero gravity chair! The only improvement I would make if possible is to put a heated back on it, but a heating pad works just fine. The black leather looks great in our family room.We have loaned this chair to a friend that had knee replacement surgery and she said that it was perfect for her recovery! |
