This is great for die-hard Classic Crime fans. Great album of acoustic songs. As with all Classic Crime albums, this one is great!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good if you love accoustic., October 15, 2009

I bought this album because I really like the Classic Crime and I had seen the Seattle music video, which I love. I did find some of the songs to be pretty enjoyable, but that being said I am not much of an acoustic album sort of person. The Classic Crime surely can pull off temporarily transitioning from Rocking it to playing unplugged. They are very talented. Acoustic rock is just not my thing, but if it is your thing then this is a great EP.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Crime to Tide You Over, November 16, 2007

For fans of their freshman release, Albatross, this is just the ticket to hold you over until their next full length album. The themes of loneliness and the pursuit of fame are clear and saddening. Beauty is in the simplicity of the recording. The unpolished acoustic feel puts you in the room with the band. You can hear each breath Matt takes and Justin's fingers on the stings. This is money well spent but will leave you anticipating the next full length electric release.
