Not packaged well,

We had this item sent to our granddaughter and her husband.
We wanted and expected a gift card saying who the gift was from.
The item was delivered without any notation of who the gift was
from. Also the gift was not as large as pictured or packaged as expected.
I have dealt with this company previously without any problems.
When we did not hear from the recipient we called and she explained
about the problems.
