I've now owned this product for almost a year, I must say it's nicely made, high quality material and well, perfect fit.. But I'd hope so since it's from the same manufacturer , it's nice having storage at arms length with out having to stop to open saddle's . It went on quite simply, and it doesn't seem to be too effected by rain, so I highly recommend this product to anyone with the Memphis fairing, fills in that hollow spot, and is quite useful!
