 Best Shield I've had, This review is from: MEMPHIS SHADES DEMON WINDSHIELD (GRADIENT BLACK) I had this on my motorcycle and have tried a few different windshields. This one had the least amount of buffeting from wind. I was able to install my windshield by myself with minimal fuss. I'm 5' 7" so I was concerned that the shield may be too tall, but it was actually perfect, and it can be angled to direct the wind better. It has a great look and style too and gets lots of admiration. LOVED it and have been considering getting another one for my current Triumph. Highly recommend it. One to hold and help line it up and the other to tighten up the mounting screws while the other hold it. Was really easy to install though with only a few screws. Mounting system simple and if you take the shield off they can stay on your bars and still be unobtrusive. Love the way the side wings help block the wind off the hands so when it is really cold days or nights. They do not completely block the wind but enough to make a difference. There is a rather large gap between the headlight and the shield that is required if you want the side wings to line up with the handle bars (and yes I have stock bars not high risers). All in all, well worth the price. I am very short just 5 feet and this windshield is perfect for my height. Adjust to quite a few angles depending on which helmet I am wearing which really helps with vibration. Purchased the clear. It's definately doing it's job. It's covered with lots of bugs after every ride and did a great job on a recent trip to FL during love bug season. |
