The Comfy Saddle definitely adds more cushioning area to the sides of the rear passenger seat. My wife says it makes riding on the back "tolerable" as opposed to virtually unbearable before adding the Comfy Saddle. Overall, I like the product, but I have a few criticisms: 1) The saddle should provide some amount of cushioning in the center of the saddle. It only provides a thin vinyl strap that holds the two side pieces together. 2) The saddle should provide some means to secure it to the existing rear saddle. I managed to improvise a few bungy cords to tie the Comfy Saddle down to the existing rear pillion. 3) This saddle is a bit pricey considering what is actually delivered. It's basically just two pieces of stiff foam enclosed in a vinyl jacket.
