does not fit crf230m without mod, November 4, 2011 By  Peter - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: BBR Motorsports D2 Exhaust System 205-HCF-1531 Bought this for a 2009 crf230M. It did not fit. the header and exhaust do not line up... Took it to a custom exhaust shop and had them modify it. It is now installed, and sounds awesome! you can feel the boost in power too.
