A windshield for your bike is a must. I have had this windshield for almost a year now since purchasing it on Amazon. I don't like the look of heavy-duty windshields with their big metal support bars; this windshield's mounting hardware is hardly noticeable. This windshield is easy to install -- though the instructions do stink --and the best part is once installed, you can take it off or put it back on in seconds. I am a tall guy -- 6'4" -- and this windshield protects me and keeps the bugs and debris off of me great. Highly recommend it.

Big difference in the ride on the free way. Installed it on Honda Shadow 600. Instructions were horrible. A part, knob, that goes on the handle bar assembly which holds the rod to the wind screen does not tighten well. Not the seller's fault. Didn't install it the way it looks on the picture, I have about 4inch gap above the head light. Still playing around with the position.
It does have some glare off lights. Have not gotten used to it with one ride with it on.
Seller informed me to contact manufacturer directly; I have not as yet. So far, I am happy with it.

Installation instructions could use some work, but take your time and it is fairly obvious how to install the sheild. The sheild looks and works great on my 86 Honda Shadow. When buying a windsheild watch out for how the glare of headlight and turn signals reflect back into your eyes when riding at night. This sheild is perfect for this bike. Rake adjustment seems very simple. I would recommend this sheild to anyone.
