At the end of last winter the motor in our Aprilaire started making an awful noise so we just turned it off. When I had my fall furnace maintenance done the technician said he tried to lubricate the old motor but it was shot--new humidifier required. Possible cost--around $400 for a new unit and add on installation. Okay that's high but that would be a great new unit and this furnace company is awesome. Yes, he did mention getting a new motor. So i set off to find a replacement motor, and thank goodness for Amazon! Ordered the motor - which was delivered oh so quickly. I took the unit off and partially apart and my husband completed the removal task and completely cleaned the unit. Installed the new motor on the humidifier unit, plugged it in and started it up and works great. If this thing gives me another year or two it more than pays for itself!

I ordered this to protect me from the sun at the beach. I had no idea what a "rash guard" was. I usually wear size M or L in a polo. I wanted tee shirt fit, so at vendor's suggestion I ordered XXL. Quality is great, but with a 39 inch gut this isn't for me; I'll return it. Wife says I look like a stuffed sausage. Wish I had great abs!

The stitching on these products are top notch. On par or better than that armor stuff ;).

I wear these as an undershirt underneath long sleeve, upf 30+ button down shirts for extra sun blockage. This is to work in the heat of the outdoors. Any and all things to keep the radiation off of me.

I have an athletic build. Big chest, big arms and a little waist. I'm 5'9", 170lbs. I bought the XL, they are just right for me...though a little loose in the torso and waist area, but "whatchagonnado"?

Product has a nice and generous cut to the length of it, so you can keep it well tucked...if you're wearing it like me. ;)

Please note, this item does create an interesting color shine. It casts an additional purple to it, which I believe is the UV blocking reaction, though not sure. I do find it nice. It is just like the photo in flourescent or indoor lighting and you'll notice the purple under heavy UV dosage...which I like and don't mind. Maybe I'm... Read more

I have been a scuba and free diver/snorkeler for over 35 years. Through all the various fins I have used I find the Promate to be an excellent all around fin. Nice balance between flex and rigidity and extremely comfortable. Not as long lasting as I would prefer (and I take great care of my gear), but I generally get about 3.5-4 years out of a pair. With their reasonable price, this is a decent investment for the good functionality they offer. Not the best for free diving in terms of length, but I like the maneuverability they offer when down in tight places (caves, etc.). And on long scuba dives they don't come close to fatiguing the calves.

Great product for the cost. I use them primarily for float tube fishing. The longer flexible style of these fins is much more effective for control and movement of the float tube compared to the short-stiff fins that are often sold for float tube propulsion.
